OMG Harry Potter party!

Harry Potter! *spaz attack*

We just got back from the Harry Potter party, eee! Me, Sara, Adam, Griffin, Lumpy, Joanne, Amitie, and Jeff took over the book store of parents and little people dressed up as house elves, witches and wizards, and very scary looking goth teenagers. It was fucking awesome! Adam and Sara were both tempted into buying books, even though Sara had one reserved at another place... (sara, you spend too much money!)... and there were free cookies! And water... and packets of bookmarks... and *squeal*

Oh right, back to Harry Potter.
Mmm... cookies...

Anyways. So yea, I still gotta read the 4th and 5th though, and now it's bugging me cause my deluxe edition will be here tomorrow and I want to read it! I don't want everyone else knowing what's going on!
So Adam and I are gonna read tonight cause we're fucking dorks, and I'm gonna make myself read tomorrow, and the next day...
I hope to finish everything by Monday, even with working all weekend and hanging out with Adam.
And on the cover of the book, for the description, it says something about how 1) Harry Potter is not the half-blood prince and 2) there will be flirting fighting and falling in love *crosses fingers and hopes that it's Hermoine and Malfoy*
I mean... I don't want that evil boy to get her...
Never...

*cough cough*

So in other news (yes, other things besides Harry Potter happen in this world) I started work today. OMG IT IS SO FUCKING BORING. I worked from 11-8, and until 5 I got fucking 1 delivery. In the mean time I bussed tables... except there were like 3 to do. Then went on my lunch break (75% off everything, SWEET... except alcohol lol), and then finally I got 6 more deliveries. OMG 6! Yea... so it was fucking boring. But delivering is so goddamn easy. I made like 16 bucks in tips, which basically averages out to me making like 8.75 an hour, big whoop. But oh well. The people are nice there and it's easy and I just need a job.
I gotta figure out whether I'm working part time or full time though, cause Blockbuster wants an interview too. So I must find out and call them.
And when I was coming back from this delivery... yea... scary. This dad and these two sons, got out of their car and their dad was like "yea, he wants to say that he likes you but is too shy" and I just like laugh and walk away, and the dad just starts saying behind me "see, this is why you can't get a girl. You act like that and expect them to like you" lol, it was fucking funny yet slightly weird. The kids were like... I don't know, I'd say 17.
Riiiiight.
So yea, until they teach me how to answer phones (I know how to do this, you pick it up, hahahaha) and take orders, all I will be doing is going on the deliveries and bussing tables.
WOOT!
But it was still kind of fun. Worked with Matt, James came in for a bit too (they're brothers, James is older... maybe either 20 or 21 now) and was talking to me. But neither him or Anthony works like this entire weekend when I'm working, which kind of blows. But oh well, maybe next week I'll have people to talk to!

... I'm a little hyper right now. Is it obvious?

Oh, and back to Harry Potter, I found this weird. Allright, so in the 2nd movie, Dolby, the house elf, is given by his master Lucius a book, and in it is a sock, and therefore he is free. Well, much like they often do with changing the plots for the movies, in the book Harry wraps up the book of Riddle in his own sock, hands it to Lucius and he tosses the sock aside... Dolby then picks it up and says that master has given him clothes and is free. Ok, now I think that Dolby was just coming up with cheap excuses to be free. The movie version was actually better. Lucius physically gave it to him then. In the book Dolby just happens to pick up something master threw down and is like hah! I'm free.
I thought it was funny.
But I'm a dumbass, so nevermind :)

Watched Hide and Seek, horrible movie. Now I want to go around chanting "Charlie! Charlie! Charlie!" Oh and Sara, you are a fucking bad parent (when you have kids). Sara was saying how she would so dress her kids up in costumes even if they didn't want to, and make them go to like the Goosebumps party at midnight. Yes. Goosebumps. The Haunted Mask 500! Allright!

.... Totally don't know what else I was gonna say, so I suppose that this is good for now. I gotta go read Harry Potter, and then go to sleep.
Night.
